The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 简洁，精巧，越后面越好看（女机长每一次唱高音我都想哭）
完成度很高，紧凑，热闹，张弛有度，音乐好听，人物立体表演到位，调度清晰明了，动人而有大能量…我国的主旋律可以参考这样的叙事。记住了这些人，和Gander这个地方。
整片励志感人。虽是舞台表演。但故事讲述非常清楚。可以想象很多画面。

二刷才感到Something's Missing才是题眼，灾难的痛苦不会因善意而模糊。
好爱这个世界啊！爱人们的善意，慷慨，微笑，爱小酒馆里手拉手载歌载舞的喧闹，小岛上的温情小调让人对纽芬兰小镇满怀憧憬，灾难面前用光照出一片大美。

12人抛开政治不谈，那种音乐带来的直接感受的激情！还是能让我们感受到作为普通人的感动！音乐剧给人很直接的感受！
官摄远远无法体现现场的魅力与观众视角的震撼 但弥补了所有的遗憾
音乐同善意一样感人，相当鼓舞人心的一部作品。（必须得感谢官摄，对于种种原因而鲜有甚至没有机会去剧院的人们来说，这真的是极好的奉送。）故事源于9·11事件及其影响的其中一面，虽然远离第一恐袭现场，但在这座小镇上，在这部戏剧中，所涉及话题却格外的充裕和细致，除了展现人类之间的互助互爱，还对信任理解、信仰责任等一系列关联概念做了具体的探究与表达。这就非常值得去思考，即便没有这场人为灾难，世界是不是本就该变得更美好，人与人之间应当更为宽容与和谐，人性的真善美不该在带着血泪的惨剧发生后才觉醒。
那演技让我觉得不止12个人
这个剧情也不能说不行 毕竟本来也不能怎么改编 不过觉得故事选取可以更好点 总的来说就是平淡 但又不像乐队来访那样有深层的情感 无意中就能打动人 音乐一般
