The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 这剧情也是俗套到掉渣了，还假模假式的营造悬念
作为囚禁片剧情方面没有太大硬伤，节奏和人物塑造也是比较稳的，但是逃出来后的结尾部分处理得不好。

疫情之下，一切都荒诞而又真实，都合理而又搞笑，《别抬头》的荒唐+《侏罗纪世界》的花絮。另：bgm不错
和正剧实习的剧情连上值得好评，可惜还是落不了剧场版的俗套
合格喜剧，毕竟正如片子结尾所说，就是帮大家在艰难时期分分心，乐呵一下，何必那么认真呢

Reflective of the present condition in shanghai, but a terrible comeback for Apatow. Seized by a riveting start, yet got bored half way through. Staying till the end felt like journey on a rocky path.

Insensitive and boring.
疫情期间剧组花式团建，有些地方还挺有意思的，不过还是太像tik tok段子合集，很难说有什么值得系统成片的地方。“如果电影院有一天开门，每个人都会为你精妙的台词所打动！”隔离、口罩和不接触的拥抱，有时候真的忘了，疫情给生活带来了多深的烙印，也该学着像这样，去苦中作乐了。
不可思议，Maroon 5主场Adam竟然还给这部剧作了首结尾曲啊。
共克时艰的电影，看起来颇有感触，但并不觉得很好笑。感觉所有笑点加起来都不如詹一美的客串，那短暂的一分钟。
虽然这个片子也是5点几分，但他和小时代那个5点几分绝对不是一个概念吧，强烈建议豆瓣把评分系统分成中国赛区和西方赛区
