The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     一定要坚持到最后10分钟，让我终于明白前面的闪回、女主身份争议、以及女性年龄职业婚姻焦虑的问题(尽管一直都认为男主是多么爱她。。单线叙事镜头几乎一直环绕着Nicole，一出场发现妆又改变了她，大概因为她没啥皱纹所以大家总觉得她做不出表情？？我记得在刚与靓汤离婚那时她承诺过不再打肉毒了。。大概因为本片整体不是特别出色所以总觉得Nicole拿这次奥斯卡挺难（但港真其他几位提名也是影片真不太强势或者特别完美的，大家都是平手之感。。AnywayJavier是全片最享受的演员了赶脚哈哈哈

    70/100 索金的特点还是很明显的，但闪回内容还是长了。原以为会是轻喜剧打底，没想到是这么压抑的故事。一个喜剧女演员在父权环境中走向自我，复杂的背景显得这个人物更加的传奇，其他的倒也显得电影的主题有些分散了。
