The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 艾伦索金用了一个扎实的剧本来借古讽今，借此片指着懂王鼻子开骂。可惜对于各方立场的标签化处理让整个事件缺乏真实感。过于依靠台词推动也暴露了这位大编剧拙略的导演能力。6.5/10
从真实事件改编的这个剧本真的厉害啊，果然王牌编剧。电影中的剪辑包括真实影像的拼接都挺有意思，台词和法庭戏尤其抓人，又见囧瑟夫，好亲切啊。

3.5 啧原来和波斯语课一样是真·你的名字，索金老师燃真心是燃，写主旋律剧的编剧们特别值得来学习，只是他的套路化的手法看多了也有点疲乏，煽得点掐得真好，有些目的性的东西也过于明显，也可以说是他的某种投机取巧的方式；以一场庭审串联起的烽火连天却又燃情四海的理想主义的年代，属于芝加哥的街垒之夜，除了新闻镜头，几乎全赖室内调度与演员功力；感觉法官和庭审戏还是有点偏，比如讥讽法官名字都老记不得之类的，不如正正经经严肃型描绘，有些讽刺性的内容点到即止，写出当时的保守局限，继而自然就更能凸显进步意义了不好嘛；“Father, No!” 观众席笑得和片中旁听席一样笑翻了
换到现在的话说，如果批评和反对不自由，那么赞美和拥护无意义。

案子差强人意，关键是两个人终于确定关系了。新一这药吃得也太勤了
信息量巨大，对白密集，还有点小幽默，且得需要一点时间消化。
真正牛逼的是片子讲故事的形式，多角度多种叙事，正常叙事、脱口秀、历史影像交叠去拼凑出来一个时代风貌，让它既夸张到锣鼓喧天，又没有丢失扎根历史本身的重量。

每每看这种片子一是感觉美国确实开放，二是就这点东西在某国俯拾皆是，但却没人敢拍。
"审判开始后，很容易就会忘记这一切都是为了谁" ，Abbie实在是个有意思的角色。四星半，庭审最后。。T^T
如果要客观评价，就是，画面剪辑叙事结构还是挺好的，某些/个人演得真的不太得行啊。但是缩写友邻的话就是，无法客观，不忍卒看……
