剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     老吾老以及人之老。人们总不愿向“老”看，谁都想更年轻活力。一个社会对(贫困)老人的态度一定程度上决定了这个社会的底线。他们就是未来的我们(的一部分)，当下的社会亦是由他们构建。这部电影讲述新冠疫情下的一所养老院(护理院)，少见的题材。电影里那个无人“help”夜晚看得人好沉重，一下子拉回了2020年初。电影结尾和《传染病》的结尾异曲同工，一开始看的时候猜测这个故事会有什么样的结局，而这段现实都未给出结局的历史电影又该如何给出？最后，电影的主要情节几乎是jodie独角戏，演技太好了！
