观旧版时和同样披着宗教外衣的《魔法少女小圆》比较，觉得各方面都远逊于后者。如今看完新版觉得主题最相似的其实是庵野秀明前老板同时期的《千与千寻》。和当年贫穷的制作相比新版的阵容无比奢华，每一幅画面都十分精良，而剧情却没太大的进步，粉丝向属性十分明显，仍未成为我认可的佳作
