The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 口水歌真不好听，故事线和情感线毫无波澜，技法一般，言之无物，题材吃香是唯一的亮点吧。加菲猫煽情起来，他不尴尬，别人很尴尬。
使用音乐剧作为全片载体是对原型的最大尊重，重要的是首首好听。

惊喜加菲 开场就炸
同为LMM的作品，比起《In the Heights》，我更喜欢这部（好多重合的演员），不仅剧情跟紧凑，歌曲也更好，加菲的表演很加分。ITH中只有一首印象深刻的歌，这部则太多了，最喜欢的还是Therapy，特别是歌词，笑死我了：I'm saying I feel bad, that you feel bad；About me feeling bad, about you feeling bad；About what I said, about what you said；About me not being able to share a feeling。
三星半。不错的改编，某种程度上的元音乐剧电影。有了乔纳森·拉森的音乐剧，才有了电影，而电影讲述的又是音乐剧的起点，两种艺术借助不同的载体从形式到内容各方面完成呼应，好几幕都不乏动容时刻。
