The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 又是一部成人通过儿童找寻自我的电影，和熊孩子在一起的时光，看得我好焦虑
1. 孩子很像是本色出演，否则演技太高超了。
好久没看黑白片了，摄影很棒，穿越过四个风格各异的美国城市，这样的色调也不会喧宾夺主。需要跟影像和时间一起放慢下来去体验这两位主角之间的bonding，孩子对世界的思考，成年人的焦虑。Over the years, you will try to make sense of that happy, sad, full, empty, always-shifting life you're in.
非常自由且真诚的叙事，一切都建立在人与人之间朴素的连结之上。安魂曲用的很妙。看得想我的外甥
纪录片和剧情片的融合，产生了一点化学反应。

看得眼湿湿……爱是深切的共情……中国一切都太快了，太求效率、实际、和结果，却忘了柔软，慢下来，感受自己和他人的感受，care for people, care our own feelings…..
很喜欢，明明很安静很疏离，但就是在很多个不经意之间，便和电影里一大一小两个人有了某种心灵上的联结，不知不觉的眼泪就是证据。每个人都有许多无法喧诸于口的情绪，但是太需要释放了，只能在彼此理解的过程中，慢慢与自己、与他人、与世界和解。小孩子眼中的未来何尝不是大人曾经幻想过的现在，我唯一存疑的是世界会变更好吗？
