The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 正如女友所说，要警惕完美圣人英雄型电影，除了情节和人物设计，相比辩护人差了几个档次了。不知道什么原因，导演对节奏的把控也不太好，没必要拍那么久的。再吐槽一句我看的版本翻译真的太差了。
要比《辩护人》要艰难许多~
国产剧水平的节奏也没拖烂这个绝好的故事，天朝何时能有司法正义片？
这样的题材，还拍得这么好。真是难得。

我上次有这种“你们这个司法体系要维护法律尊严简直小菜一碟嘛”的感觉还是看「华盛顿邮报」哎！灯塔国也就勉强算了，但是我现在竟然在羡慕印度？？？
4星，题材不错，虽说是30年前的事件，但仍然值得致敬， 就是影片时间有点太长了，当电视剧看了。

全片印象最深，其实不是结局，而是妻子那一句『生命是最重要的，即使是那些警察中了蛇毒，我也会救他们』
当一名部落男子因涉嫌盗窃而被捕时，他的妻子求助于一名人权律师以帮助伸张正义。
想起之前刘庸拍的加尔各答一镜到底街景，
但真实事件改编真的非常有力量
过程很艰辛，但结果总归是好的。如果这样的律师多一些那该多好
教科书结构，但比例拿捏前部分稍微长了一点点。整体表现手法相当克制，配乐很少，运镜也简单，但综合起来却达到了一种老相片在暗房冲洗逐渐曝光的过程。剧力的坚实基础和故事看似平铺直叙但暗藏转折的讲法，再加上配角出彩演绎，并没有让人物沦为事件的脸谱，特别是几个反派，镜头不多，却各有特色。
