The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 比起这部里有苦衷的西岛叔，我倒是更喜欢SP里黑律师的西岛叔一些。
主角团一如既往的日式幽默与认真并存，
卡司极强，熟人四五个。
J家是新增加了什么美颜磨皮规定吗？男主连下睫毛都如此卷翘实在是很奇怪好吗？全剧唯一有情感波动都集中在西岛这里，和香川叔对手戏再多点就好了。结局倒是没想到，有点挖色，村民为了两个小孩的前途却推无辜夫妇去死实在太过了，也没看到有什么负罪感。三代女主都出场发觉还是奈奈最可爱，文乃还是那么。。。。
这个反转是有点扯的，好像编不上了硬塞上去一样。南云的演员好帅啊。
我还是认为tv的结尾是最佳结尾，给未来留下了无限的可能又点到为止。这个剧场版就是把一切的可能都堵死了，所以我更加坚信有些结局是不适合续写的。退一步说，我从来不是那种强求圆满结局的观众，但是满足于立一个悲剧的框架，过程展开写得极其敷衍的做法真的没必要。编剧仿佛明目张胆地表示其他的不管，就是要写个悲剧让观众哭，我反而内心毫无波动。
看到金田二和金田五同框，脑中顿时—— ——看到结局我又顿时————编剧和导演果然是有点恶趣味的！
戏份不多的南云律师，一副不似恶人的温和皮囊，平静时后压抑的目光，怒吼时连脸上的每一道皱褶都在表达痛苦。反观同样背负了苦痛过往的男主，演技可谓被配角碾压，是要你用不在意掩盖心底的无法释怀，可不是让你演没心没肺啊。
这个系列水平比较稳定了，就是既不会太差但是也没什么出彩的亮点。SP把西岛叔塑造成一个大BOSS的既视感，结果电影里最后找J来求救算是半个委托人了。15年前的案子要案件重演其实挺困难的，虽然有video，道枝白白净净的在田间干活一点说服力都没有好嘛。手法和刚演完前男友的遗书里坑大洋泉的手段很像，没有感到震撼。J这次和小花搭档又是另外一个感觉吧。和第一季和第二季斗嘴居多，电影则是女主仰慕J，能看到77和文乃客串是很惊喜啦~

3.5吧比起期待确实差了点感觉…案子有点弱…某关键角色的演技也还需要磨炼…而且太明显是为了捧人塞的和周围不搭…西岛叔有一段把我看哭了演得真好！！小花演得很元气可爱我永远喜欢オヤジギャグ！
5.0 拿20年前的悬疑故事炒冷饭…没新意更没诚意
还是熟悉的套路，只不过这部看起来剧情略赶，并且新加的女角色表演有点浮夸，剧情走向也是有点轻佻，还好主角二人组还是那个样子，冷笑话满点，感觉看系列剧看成习惯了
今年的日剧怎么这么喜欢这种一个村子全员恶人的结尾啊？……荣仓奈奈也客串了一下！！！想到这是小律师的最后一部了，还是加一颗星
看了电影版才发现前几天出了SP（还以为自己漏看了一季），还好电影前有放SP剧情概要。虽然剧情还行，但是作为一部电影感觉不太够。润润稳定发挥，恭喜佐田律师（香川叔）就任所长，杉咲花作为女主and若月会长的宝贝孙女全程只有一套衣服不合理，两季女主都来客串了，西岛叔太适合演有家庭的男人（人夫or人父）了，道枝弟弟委委屈屈脸最高！以上！
看完这一部我的感受是，如果这个案子不是嫁祸致死这种穷凶极恶的话，可能会更合情理一点。一村子人在导致一个不算熟也不算坏的人家破人亡和包庇两个小孩儿恶作剧导致多人致死这两者间竟然选择了前者这不是很合逻辑，简单说那几个受害者的家属恐怕也不乐意吧。剧情发展的各种不自然恐怕是这个最本质的漏洞导致的。
更多的是因为对剧版的喜欢，所以会对这部电影抱有兴趣，也因为剧荒的缘故这些年反复看了好几遍第一季和第二季，现在b站就能看剧版的，但电影版自从上映以来就没找到途径看，今天正好机缘巧合的在no视频发现可以看就一口气看完了；看完后感动居多，但也有不小的失望，剧版虽然会有戏剧化的成分，但一般都能做到逻辑自洽，而电影版的收尾该说不说是有些不合理性，甚至说是有些草率的，从全村做局陷害一个好人到最后强行大团圆he，小守当时4岁，难道其间接“杀人”的后果真的比直接间接的带走山本夫妇两条人命还要严重，以至于需要干出这种荒诞的事情？
大家都回来了，还是蛮有情怀的，虽然剧情嘛一点也不电影，感觉就是一个普通的sp电视版。
只想告诉杰尼斯……强捧遭天谴🙃某人的演技和西岛叔最后看音乐会的表情……算了不说了
