The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 有点《逃出绝命镇》的感觉，一村的人仿佛都不太正常。
前一小时好过后一小时，最后套娃场面实在是好恶。传递的道理直白到无非是——男人，一切创伤的来源。
加兰这片居然和柯南伯格类似。。。只有美学风格的延续。。。问题是，你可比柯南伯格小了三十岁。。。
如果不是和C一起万万不敢看的片。最后的连环孕育看傻了。但是全片太过明喻甚至近乎寓言有点用力过猛。取景美术和湮灭类似。
女性恐男的百科全书✓
结尾的几个镜头，恶男不断孕育新的恶男，恶生恶，我要吐了。
符号化的内容相当之多，而且用得很到位，不管是那个洞还是银河，都承担了女性性吸引力的身份。而全片的核心也就在于由情感伤痛引发的男性恐惧及生殖恐惧，末端不断的生殖其实是个内部矛盾剥离的过程，也将中间铺展开的对全体男性的恐惧的根源挖出，从而完成了哈珀这个角色的成长。

Ideology beside, it's a fucking good movie. Movie of the year for sure. Top top tier cinematography, sound design and acting. Kind of Spike Jonze and Charlie Kaufman at first, later fully dive into bizarre A24 uncanny valley. Alex Garland as the director: Ex Machina is good, but cheesy. Annihilation, fucking hate it. This one? Absolutely amazing.
最后那段套娃真的有够cult。女主都无语了。
总体上非常不错，后半段cult场景也非常……别开生面，喜欢（。
Alex Garland的风格依然强劲，但是感觉剧本缺乏一些东西，后面女主角反而成为了道具
整体的批判有点过于流于表面了，在肉体恐怖的场景里缺乏一种自洽的逻辑，视听还是属于“A24”级别的不错。

中间一度给我看笑了，主要是男人受伤或者死我都没法共情，干外科又看惯了这些血腥，最后那个套娃可能还真是男人想要的。闺蜜还是很太阳的，但是怀着孕我就突然想到这些傻缺男都是女人生的，这比这个片子让我难受多了。
非常不好评价，画面是真的美，恐怖片里最美的都当之无愧。金老师为艺术献身一人分饰多角且又一次为艺术全果演出，就凭这点我就想打四星了。至于剧情，我竟然觉得挺无感的，不知道我是对这种男女对立的观念伤害的根深蒂固以至于毫无触动，还是说从根本上就从未想过性别是对立的。可悲的不只是女性，而是全人类。
暴力伤害、身体侵犯、荡妇羞辱、宗教训诫、道德指摘、情感勒索、权力支配、母职绑架、生殖压迫……一边集齐厌女的层层面向，一边剖开女性的深层恐惧。接踵而至的嵌套式厄运，如梦魇和回声般循环往复阴魂不散。最后的血腥套娃场面简直惊世骇俗。
前面一整套拳打的都不错，这个结尾也未免太超现实主义了吧。
层层包裹、恶性自体增殖的男性性欲最后吐出来一个精心包装试图利用女性同理心和负疚感的“我要你的爱”
