New York pretentious Diana Sullivan is writing a series of articles on the theme of "family" for Cosmopolitan magazine. Primarily to keep an eye on her but also because of the personal connection, Diana invites her mid-teen daughter, Grace Sullivan, to accompany her on a trip to research the next in the series, dealing with their own family, most specifically a wing that lives deep in the backwaters of the Louisiana bayou, which has been largely overtaken by oil companies of late. They are most directly connected by brothers: Diana's grandfather Mike, and Joe, the patriarch of the Louisiana wing. 生的伟大，死的突然；原来drama是这么drama的嘛，每生气就要死一个人
与瑞茜·威瑟斯彭主演的《涉足荒野》如出一辙，都是自我救赎重新面对社会的一种方式。只不过娜奥米沃茨以54岁高龄出演这样尺度的小制作是否值得？
我觉得莫名其妙，这竟然是畅销小说？反正我是看不下去，浪费了这些好演员
真的对闹米的选片无语，吃力不讨好那种，剧情太平淡了
就像吹得牛逼的不行的黑帮老大，其实也就是个流氓小头目，一共就那么几个手下，别说朝阳区了，放浦东新区也分分钟被灭了。
从饼近几年戏路来看笑死，不需要爱的夏天→变色龙→死笔（恶役）开司→鸠（被恶役欺负），像是年轻时作恶太多，得到报应了哈哈哈
兜兜转转把一条线串起来还算有趣，但是整体就是流水账叙事，一般般

真的很好看，神作，全程无尿点，要留意每一个细节，很棒，牛
一星给风光，一星给伤心的往事。其实故事很简单，不需要这么长的篇幅
一开始就得抖擞精神搞清现实与虚构，到后来就有种看疯狂的石头，两杆大烟枪之类的感觉，就是节奏有点慢
絮絮叨叨的不明所以，充着老剧来的，可惜太失望
没看过神剧，作为前传整个电影呈现得支离破碎，Tony和叔叔的关系很松散，完全看不出叔叔对他的影响在哪里，叔叔除了杀了父亲和情人也看不出做了什么值得崇拜的事，故事线不明显，东一榔头西一棒子，人物多叙事琐碎。
没看过《黑道家族》，所以影片里安插的所有彩蛋和亮点完全get不到，我就按照“三个葬礼和一次偷情”的路数就这么看下来了。
其实没看太懂
越看越乱糟糟，情节转的有点儿太快了，没看过正剧的实在跟不上
拯救他人亦是拯救自己，也就这个和还可以啦，剩下的我也不知道为什么明知道天气不好她还要去登这个山？初衷和人物动机没有的情况下，实在是不知道目的在何处。
片中有不少實景拍攝，難度不低；
老婆饼里没有老婆，鸽子的击退法里真的有鸽子
明明是《黑道家族》前傳，竟然花這麼長時間談BLM。
